As a Entrepreneur, Consultant and skilled business development professional specializing in skilled trades placement, diversity and skills training industries Todd founded Blue Branch.
Having successfully operated a Skilled Trades supply company for 8 years, selling his interest in 2014, he decided to pursue his growing methodology for matching labour supply across several industries, increasing retention and profitability.
Todd’s hands on approach to meeting with clients requires him to travel extensively, from large markets to remote locations ensuring customer satisfaction.
His history of supplying crews of labour to the Canadian oil sands with thousands of workers in various disciplines, locations and regions provides Todd with the expertise to address today’s growing demand for labour.
Todd’s skill and expertise awarded him to become the first male Board member of the Canadian Association of Women in Construction (CAWIC).
Todd consults for other organizations on workforce engagement opportunities for underprivileged youth with a focus on poverty aversion and advised on a poverty aversion strategy for the City of Hamilton.

With over 10 years of experience in Recruitment and HR, Rachel successfully ran divisions specializing in supplying skilled tradesmen and tradeswomen at all levels. Rachel has fostered working relationships and delivered key talent for multinational Agricultural, General Manufacturing, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Mining, Waste Management and Steel Manufacturing clients. In addition recruiting, Rachel handles HR, HSE and logistics on and off site.
