We fully screen all candidates ourselves and match them based on skill set with our employers.

What are the current skills on demand?

CNC operators, Electricians, General labourers, Mechanics, Mill workers, Millwrights, Pipefitters, Plummer’s, Truck drivers, Welders, along with many other trades.

Who will pay for my flights?

Blue branch will provide a travel allowance for all employees that are on a rotation schedule.

Who will pay for my accommodation?

Blue Branch covers the cost of your accommodation while you are on site.

How long are the contracts?

We have short and long term contracts. The contract’s duration depends on the scope of work as well as the client’s needs.

Can I have days off during the contract?

Yes, there are reset days while you are on site.

Are all the employers you represent in Ontario?

We are currently working with employers in Ontario and Québec. Located in another province? We are ready to help!

If my project was completed can I move to another project within Blue Branch?

Yes! We have had many employees who have been with us on multiple contracts and want to come back again and again.
