Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care to patients in a respectful, professional, and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient health status and respond to changes promptly.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive care environment.
Ideal Candidates:
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
- Gerontological experience is an asset but not required.
- Long-Term Care (LTC) experience is helpful, but a passion for quality, compassionate care is essential.
- Must have received a minimum of two COVID-19 vaccinations.
- PIECES training is an asset.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must have a current vulnerable sector CPIC (Criminal Record Check).
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts available (Day, Evening, Night).
- Flexible scheduling with potential for overtime.
